Invoices are only available to people with the Finance or Admin role. If you don’t have either role, Invoices doesn’t appear in the top menu, and opening an invoice link takes you to the Home page instead. To get access, ask an Admin on your account or your account manager to add the Finance role. See Roles and permissions.
